Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers

Effective August 19, 2026, the maximum weight for a single parcel to the United States is 1.5 kg (3.3 lb). You can now combine more Countryballs in a single order, provided the total shipment weight stays within the 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) limit. Our store checkout will automatically calculate the weight for your order. This replaces the previous product limits of 2 Large or 3 Small Countryballs per parcel. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

How to Order

1. Classic Designs (From the Gallery) Simply browse the shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out directly. There is no need to email me before ordering these items.

2. Custom Designs (Your Unique Idea) Want something brand new that isn’t in the gallery? The process for fully custom work remains the same:

  • Step 1: Share Your Idea. Email your concept, sketches, or description to [email protected].

  • Step 2: We’ll Plan It. We’ll discuss the design, final price, and estimated production timeline for your unique project.

  • Step 3: Purchase. I’ll create a private product link on the website (valid for 72 hours) so you can complete your order.

The Important Details

Pricing and Payment

  • Gallery designs have fixed prices displayed on their product pages.

  • Custom design prices are agreed upon during our discussion.

  • Full payment is required upfront before production begins.

Production and Shipping (Please Read Carefully)

  1. Production Time: 3–4 Weeks

    Every order is personally handcrafted. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks from the date payment is received.

  2. Shipping After Production

    Your order will be shipped after the production period is complete. All orders are shipped from Europe via Priority International Airmail.

  3. Delivery Times and Holiday Delays

    Shipping time is additional to the production period and depends on postal services and customs processing. Postal networks become extremely busy before Christmas, and significant delays may occur. I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

  4. Customs and Import Fees

    Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Unclaimed and Returned Parcels

Please read this section carefully before placing your order:

  • Tracking and Collection: Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, responding to delivery notifications, and collecting their parcels or arranging redelivery within the postal service’s deadlines.

  • Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, delivery was refused, or delivery requirements were not met by the customer, additional costs may arise.

  • Reshipping: If a returned parcel is to be sent again, the customer must pay the new shipping fee and any applicable additional charges before reshipping can be arranged.

  • Shipping and Return Costs: Original shipping fees and return-related costs are not automatically refundable when a parcel is returned for these reasons.

  • Refunds on Returned Parcels: Any refund for an unclaimed or returned parcel will be processed only after the parcel has been physically received back at the workshop. A refund of the merchandise price does not automatically include the original shipping fee or additional costs incurred because the parcel was returned, and will be assessed in accordance with the circumstances of the return and applicable consumer protection laws.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and that you can receive your parcel before placing an order.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Order Cancellations: Because each Countryball is handcrafted specifically for you, cancellations for a full refund are accepted only within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 Hours / Production Started: Once production has begun after this window, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are generally not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

  • Statutory Rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  • Custom Designs: For custom-made items, please carefully review and approve the design details before production begins.

  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through PayPal. I do not receive or store your full credit card details. Payment information is handled by PayPal in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.

  • Third-Party Services: Certain information must be shared with service providers when necessary to complete your order. These may include payment processors, postal and delivery services, website hosting providers, and technical service providers. Only information necessary for the relevant service will be shared.

  • Data Security: Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. Website connections are protected using SSL/TLS encryption.

Your Rights Over Your Personal Information

Under applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.

  • Request deletion of your personal data where legally permitted.
