Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers (Effective July 1, 2026)

 

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, the maximum number of products allowed in a single parcel has been reduced.

Each parcel shipped to the United States may contain a maximum of either:

• 2 Large Countryballs, or
• 3 Small Countryballs

There is no limit on the number of separate parcels or orders you may place.

How to Order

1. For Classic Designs (From the Gallery):

It’s simple! Just browse the shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and check out directly. No need to email me first for these items.

2. For Custom Designs (Your Unique Idea):

Want something brand new that isn’t in the gallery? The process for fully custom work remains the same:

• Step 1: Share Your Idea. Email your concept, sketches, or a description to [email protected]
• Step 2: We’ll Plan It. We’ll discuss the design, the final price, and a specific timeline for your unique project.
• Step 3: Purchase. I’ll create a private product link on the site just for you to complete your order.

  • Gallery designs have fixed prices shown on their pages.
  • Custom design prices are determined during our discussion.
  • Full payment is required upfront to start any order.
• Production & Shipping (Please Read Carefully)
  • 1. Production Time (3-4 Weeks): This is the time needed to personally handcraft your order. The production window is 3-4 weeks from your date of payment.
  • 2. Shipping (After Production): Your order will be shipped after this 3-4 week production period is complete. All orders ship from Europe via Priority International Airmail.
  • Important Holiday Shipping Note: Shipping time is in addition to the production time and depends entirely on postal services. Please be aware that postal networks get very busy before Christmas, and significant delays can occur. I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
  • You are responsible for any customs or import fees in your country.
• Refunds & Cancellations (Please Read!)
  • Because every single piece is handcrafted specifically for you, I cannot offer refunds or cancellations once production has begun.
  • Your payment immediately goes toward materials and secures your dedicated spot in my schedule.

Payments & Data Security

• Payment Processing: All payments are handled exclusively through PayPal. I never see, store, or have access to your credit card information. Your transaction is securely processed on PayPal’s servers.
